Jill hunter is a native to Arkansas City, Kansas.

She has served on the Angels in the Attic Board since it was first formed in 2015.

She is also a member of the Soroptimist International of Arkansas City and the founder of the Bobby Estus Memorial Bike Ride.

She currently serves as the director of VISIT Ark City and has an Associate of Arts from Cowley County Community College.
